KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacy License Diploma from an accredited school of Pharmacy Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred Previous experience working with Pyxis preferred Performs all duties of a staff pharmacist in compliance with all applicable hospital policies, procedures, regulations and standards. Assumes primary responsibility for coordinating all phases of the Department of Pharmacy to ensure an effective and efficient operation. In the absence of the Director of Pharmacy, may be required to perform the essential duties of the Director.
