Being detail oriented & having the ability to communicate and educate healthcare providers and patients is essential to the Staff Pharmacist role. You will interpret and evaluate medication orders for patients of MLHS and consult with necessary healthcare professionals as necessary to optimize drug therapy. Use your leadership skills to supervise activities of Technicians to assure accurate compounding and dispensing of medications and timely drug administration.
