This position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule and is ideal for a pharmacist with recent sterile compounding experience who is comfortable working in a controlled environment and overseeing pharmacy technicians. Duties Prepare customized sterile medications, including IV fluids, using strict aseptic techniques. Verify sterile preparations for accuracy and patient safety. Ensure compliance with USP and USP standards . Oversee and support pharmacy technicians. Maintain cleanroom equipment and ensure proper pharmacy procedures are followed. Perform final inspections of sterile preparations. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant pharmacy environment.
