Pharmacist (RPh/PharmD) - Full-Time | Long-Term Care | Washington, PA Concept Pharmacy Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license required Concept Pharmacy is hiring a Full-Time Clinical Pharmacist to support our long-term care operations. This is a non-retail, clinically focused role within a Joint Commission-accredited pharmacy serving skilled nursing, assisted living, and home care facilities across Pennsylvania. Why This Role Full-time schedule with rotating coverage Non-retail, long-term care pharmacy setting USP-compliant sterile compounding suite and dedicated delivery fleet Established, accredited pharmacy with 25+ years in LTC Key Responsibilities Verify, process, and dispense medication orders Supervise IV admixture preparation in sterile compounding room Conduct comprehensive medication regimen reviews Oversee medication inventory management and delivery coordination Serve as clinical resource for facility staff and providers Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania Pharmacist license (RPh or PharmD) Prior experience practicing as a licensed pharmacist in long-term care, institutional, or community pharmacy Working knowledge of IV compounding and USP standards Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation Medical insurance 401(k) with 4% company match Paid vacation and holidays Apply today to join one of Pennsylvania's most trusted long-term care pharmacies.
