Minimum Requirements:

Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license required. Minimum 2 years of pharmacist experience. EPIC Beacon experience required. IV preparation training, including hazardous and non-hazardous medication compounding, required. Experience with inpatient and/or outpatient oncology preferred. Ability to pass clinical pre-screen and manager interview. Must comply with facility tobacco- and fragrance-free policy; notify recruiter prior to submission.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oncology pharmacy experience preferred. Additional hospital inpatient pharmacy experience preferred.

Assignment Details Shift hours:

06:00 - 14:00.

Schedule requirements:

40 hours per week between 06:00 and 19:00.

Weekend requirement:

every 3rd or 4th Saturday, 08:00 - 16:30. May float to a nearby hospital campus approximately 2 miles away. May care for COVID patients as assigned.
