100% FTE, hours will be established during the hiring process. Required Residency training in pharmacy practice, drug information, informatics or pharmacy administration or equivalent. Required Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required Work Experience No minimum experience required. Licenses & Certifications Current licensure from State of Illinois or license eligible.
