Full Time Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with an on‑call rotation required after hours and on weekends.
Work Location:
This position may be performed remotely, in a hybrid arrangement, or onsite, based on the location of the qualified candidate.
Job Summary:
Application Analysts - Pharmacist(s) have primary responsibility for system build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of assigned applications; Responsible for obtaining and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the software functionality, and acquiring knowledge of the workflows relevant to assigned applications to be implemented on the system. Jointly with each other and with the assigned department representatives, they participate in future state workflow review and development and build the system to support the new workflow working collaboratively with each other in workgroups, and across interdisciplinary workgroups, to accomplish these goals as a team.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy or Pharm.

D. Licensure, Registration and/or
Certification:
Licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy as a Doctor of Pharmacy. Obtain and maintain Epic certification in assigned application module(s).
Work Experience:
0 - 6 months related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to complete Epic certification and maintain certification in assigned application module(s). Basic computer skills. Ability to work independently and within a team across multiple disciplines. Ability to establish and meet work schedules within limited time frames and under tight deadlines. Analytical ability to solve both business and technical problems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Participate in application design, validation, and advanced design sessions within assigned area. Design/implement future-state workflows by interacting with department representatives to analyze needs then translate these into system design. Design, build, and validate the application to conform to desired workflows. Participate in Epic testing as developed and directed by the team; document test results. Support end-users onsite during go-live events, provide on-call support to end-users on a scheduled basis. Maintain system documentation to enable ongoing support of the system. Review/test new builds and releases prior to implementation in the production environment. Identify potential system enhancement need.

Works with internal customers via telephone or face to face interaction. Works with external customers via telephone or face to face interaction. Works with other healthcare professionals and staff. Works frequently with individuals at Director level or above.
Special Job Dimensions:
Ability to travel as required for Epic training. Ability to travel to remote work sites as needed.
