Focused on new sales, upselling to existing clients and client service delivery of purchased services. What the day will look like: Consulting for Employer RFPs, Directorship consulting, Oversight and Management for Large Market Clients, Market Checks, ad hoc work Lead for the sale and support of a product/services: Audits, PBM Selection Activities, Coalition Opportunities, Market Checks, Implementation Services, etc. Individual will be expected to have client facing experience and expertise Oversight and support services for new clients, as well as support general consulting services Client-facing and direct interaction with PBM leadership teams Clinical guidance and cost containment strategies Lead client-facing consultant for a book-of-business This role leads meetings and speaks to the clients, running the project, serving as client-facing SME, and articulating the results from projects and messaging key industry updates Skills and experience that will lead to success: 10+ years of Pharmacy benefit experience Strong communication skills, both written and oral presentation skills. Ability to manage expectations and understanding all levels Ability to run projects independently Manage/oversee large unique groups (may be direct or coalition) Experience running RFPs and Contracts negotiations

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $110,000 to $200,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
