Multiple-States [FL, AZ, ID, OH, Tx] About the Role We are seeking a Clinical Operations Staff Pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team. This role is designed for an adaptable, all-around pharmacist with the ability to troubleshoot common inpatient challenges while collaborating closely with our central pharmacy operations team. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical judgment, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to supporting nursing and physician priorities. This position offers unprecedented scheduling flexibility to accommodate your full-time role (if applicable) and/or family commitments. Key Responsibilities Perform daily hospital pharmacy operations, including order verification, medication dispensing, ADC restocking, Inventory management, and clinical interventions. Collaborate with nursing and physician teams to ensure safe, effective, and timely patient care. Troubleshoot common inpatient medication-related challenges in real time. Coordinate with central pharmacy operations teams on workflow, projects, and compliance needs. Maintain excellent customer service and foster positive relationships with interdisciplinary and leadership team teams. Learn and utilize project management tools to streamline communication and operations. Participate in remote work coverage, including on-call availability as assigned. Assist with unplanned or urgent hospital needs as they arise. Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree. Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in Corresponding State. Multi-State licensed pharmacist will have pay incentive based on workloads Previous hospital/clinical experience preferred (but not required). Strong understanding of inpatient workflows, including physician and nursing priorities. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Comfortable with technology and willing to learn project management tools. Must live within 15-20 minutes of the assigned hospital facility .
