Pharmacy Informatics Specialist Responsibilities:
  • + Provides enterprise-level pharmacy informatics support by optimizing the design, build, and maintenance of the electronic health record (EHR) to improve patient outcomes, medication safety, and operational efficiency.
+ Integrates pharmacy practice expertise with informatics and health information technology (HIT) systems to support safe medication use and enhance clinical decision support. + Serves as a key liaison across clinical disciplines to evaluate, develop, and implement EHR optimization requests and other pharmacy system enhancements as needed.
