This temp-to-hire position offers a structured 8-5 or 7-4 MST schedule and is ideal for candidates with experience in telepharmacy billing and reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and submit home infusion pharmacy claims in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment with accuracy and efficiency. Manage the entire billing lifecycle, including charge entry, claims submission, follow-up, and resolution of denied or rejected claims. Utilize CareTend software to support billing workflows, documentation, and reimbursement tracking. Review payer requirements to ensure compliant billing for infusion therapies, supplies, and related services. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and reimbursement issues promptly. Communicate clearly with payers, patients, and internal teams to ensure accurate and complete billing information.

Desired Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in home infusion billing and claims management. Proficiency with CareTend software is required. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in Montana, with flexibility to work from home while supporting patient-centered home infusion pharmacy services.

Schedule/Hours:
