Duties & Responsibilities Prepares, dispenses and monitors medications, and IV admixtures to meet patient, employee and public pharmaceutical needs. Research drug information questions and determines pharmacokinetic parameters for appropriate dosing. Ensures the highest quality of pharmaceutical care to patients of ALL ages. Makes appropriate clinical interventions to ensure patient safety and optimize patient outcomes. Authorized access to all medication storage areas within AnMed.
Qualifications:
