Full-Time or Part-Time About Us We are a locally owned, independent compounding pharmacy dedicated to providing personalized medication solutions and exceptional patient care. Our pharmacists work closely with prescribers and patients to develop customized therapies that improve outcomes and quality of life. We believe in building lasting relationships with our patients while practicing pharmacy the way it was meant to be practiced. Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to practice both traditional community pharmacy and pharmaceutical compounding in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Whether you have compounding experience or are eager to learn, we are looking for someone who is committed to clinical excellence, continuous learning, and outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Verify and accurately dispense prescription medications. Oversee and participate in non-sterile and sterile compounding operations. Counsel patients on medication use, customized therapies, side effects, and disease state management. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop individualized treatment plans. Administer immunizations in accordance with state regulations. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and pharmacy regulations. Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and compounding staff. Assist with inventory management, quality assurance, and documentation. Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term relationships with patients and providers. Qualifications Active South Carolina Pharmacist license (or ability to obtain before start date). Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy. Compounding experience is preferred but not required—training will be provided to the right candidate. Knowledge of USP <795> and USP <797> standards is a plus. Current immunization certification preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Passion for personalized medicine and patient care. Schedule Day shifts Full time:
Monday-Friday 9-6. Part- time days would be 2-3 days a week. Rotating Saturdays- subject to change. No work on major holidays/Memorial Day, Labor Day.
Pay:
$55.00 - $63.15 per hour
