Duties Assist with day-to-day coordination of pharmacy tasks Intake and data entry of prescription orders and prescription transfers Reconcile third party rejections and prior authorization requests Manage drug inventory levels and verify deliveries against purchase orders Counsel patients on medication use, dosing, directions, side effects, et al. Recommend alternative medications to prescribers when appropriate Administer immunizations Medication therapy management via Outcomes MTM Quality Assurance of prescriptions Assist patients in choosing appropriate OTC medications Qualifications Valid South Carolina Pharmacist License Immunization Certification Experience with PioneerRx is a plus Enjoy leading and managing others. Strong work ethic and a "Can Do" attitude. Readily accepts new responsibilities and takes ownership in their role. Critical thinking skills and the ability to see the big picture. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Demonstrates loyalty, fosters teamwork, and sets a positive example.
