Responsibilities:

Perform Pharmacist Verification 1 (PV1) and Pharmacist Verification 2 (PV2) duties, which include final verification processes. Verify correct medication placement in bottles or boxes ensuring accuracy. Confirm that directions and prescription information are consistent with the hard copy. Utilize the Wellsky pharmacy order entry system effectively. Maintain accuracy and compliance in a high-volume environment averaging 1000 prescriptions filled per day. No on-call responsibilities required.

Desired Experience:

Licensed pharmacist with experience in pharmacy verification processes. Familiarity with mail order or specialty pharmacy practice is advantageous. Proficient with pharmacy software systems; experience with Wellsky is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
