Knoxville, TN Position Overview:
Life Well Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead our Knoxville location. This is a key leadership role requiring strong communication, organization, and a patient-focused approach to support a high-touch, fast-paced pharmacy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all pharmacy operations as Pharmacist-in-Charge in compliance with state and federal regulations Manage and organize high-volume prescription workflows with strong attention to detail Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient pharmacy operations Communicate effectively with patients, physician offices, and partner organizations Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong patient relationships Supervise pharmacy staff and ensure a positive, team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
Active Tennessee Pharmacist license Previous PIC or Pharmacy Manager experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills with patients and providers Professional, personable demeanor with a focus on patient care
