Pharmacist Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Pharmacist to join our team on-site in Lebanon, TN. This role requires a professional who can efficiently manage pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulations while providing top-notch service to our clients. Responsibilities Cover shifts, including nights and weekends, ensuring continuous pharmacy operations. Be on call after hours on a weekend rotation to address any urgent pharmacy needs. Work collaboratively with a team of three other pharmacists to maintain optimal service levels. Manage medication packaging for skilled nursing facilities (SNF) or assisted living populations. Coordinate facility delivery and med pass schedules effectively. Ensure compliance with controlled substance regulations and DEA guidelines within a long-term care setting. Essential Skills Valid Tennessee Board of Pharmacy License. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, punctuality, and accuracy in all tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Preferred experience in long-term care or post-acute pharmacy settings. Familiarity with long-term care dispensing software. Experience with managing medication packaging for SNF or assisted living populations. Knowledge of controlled substance regulations and DEA compliance in a long-term care setting. Experience with med pass schedules and facility delivery coordination. Comfort with on-call responsibilities and addressing after-hours clinical questions from facility staff. Work Environment This position requires working primarily closing shifts from 2pm-10:30pm, Monday through Friday, and 8am-3:30pm on weekends, with every other weekend required. The dress code is business casual or scrubs. Interviews will be conducted in person. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, TN.
