Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders accurately and promptly to ensure patient safety. Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth pharmacy operations. Apply pharmacokinetic principles to optimize medication therapy. Collaborate and consult with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to clarify orders and provide clinical guidance. Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
