Full-Time, Day Shift (Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM) ________________________________________ About the
Role:
RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Staff Pharmacist for a growing specialty pharmacy in Memphis, Tennessee. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Friday day shift schedule and the chance to work in a collaborative environment dedicated to supporting patients with complex and chronic health conditions. In this role, you will oversee prescription verification, provide patient counseling, and support specialty medication therapies while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and operational standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys clinical engagement, patient interaction, and working within a specialized pharmacy setting. ________________________________________
What You'll Do:
Verify and dispense specialty medications accurately and efficiently Review prescriptions for safety, dosing accuracy, and therapeutic appropriateness Provide patient counseling regarding specialty therapies, side effects, and adherence Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and insurance providers to coordinate patient care Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards Support pharmacy technicians and staff to maintain workflow efficiency and quality service ________________________________________
What You'll Need:
Active Tennessee Pharmacist License (required) Previous specialty pharmacy experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and patient counseling skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Commitment to patient-centered care and regulatory compliance ________________________________________
