This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a low-volume, highly clinical environment focused on delivering specialized therapies and patient-centered care.

Job Overview:
The Staff Pharmacist will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients requiring specialized therapies, while collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical patient management for conditions such as hemophilia, immune deficiencies, and autoimmune disorders Manage specialized therapies including factor replacement, emicizumab, and other infusion treatments Educate patients and caregivers on medication administration, adherence, and safety Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and internal teams Assist with prior authorizations, insurance navigation, and financial assistance programs
Requirements:
