Minimum Requirements:

Current Pharmacist state license for Texas required. Active Pharmacist licensure in any additional states held must be disclosed. Minimum 6 months of pharmacist experience preferred; recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience preferred. Experience with automated dispensing cabinets (ADC) and IV admixture preparation preferred. Familiarity with hospital pharmacy information systems and electronic medical records preferred. Ability to work rotating schedules and adhere to hospital policies and procedures. CPR/BLS certification preferred.
