This closed‑door, non-retail environment allows you to spend more time on patient care and meaningful counseling —without the constant interruptions. What You'll Be Doing Conduct in-depth pharmacotherapy reviews and document findings aligned with evidence-based guidelines Provide patient counseling on new specialty therapies (primarily phone-based) to support adherence and outcomes Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to ensure smooth therapy onboarding and follow-up Verify prescriptions with a high level of accuracy and support pharmacy technician workflow as needed Educate patients on subcutaneous injections and support programs like REMS Act as a point person for new referrals , ensuring documentation stays complete and compliant What We're Looking For Active Texas Pharmacist license (TSBP) — in good standing 2+ years of experience with patient counseling and prescription verification Experience with Medication Therapy Management (MTM) preferred Strong communicator who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and clinically driven Why This Role Stands Out No weekends — consistent weekday schedule $60/hour + weekly pay + overtime opportunities Closed-door setting — no retail distractions Day 1 benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Hybrid flexibility available after initial training period Next Steps Submit your résumé to be considered.
