Job Description

Clinical Pharmacist (Closed‑Door Specialty) — North Fort Worth, TX
  • Hybrid Potential after initial contract period

No Weekends Pay:
$60/hour (weekly pay) + overtime eligible Join a specialty pharmacy team where your focus is truly clinical. This closed‑door, non-retail environment allows you to spend more time on patient care and meaningful counseling —without the constant interruptions. What You'll Be Doing Conduct in-depth pharmacotherapy reviews and document findings aligned with evidence-based guidelines Provide patient counseling on new specialty therapies (primarily phone-based) to support adherence and outcomes Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to ensure smooth therapy onboarding and follow-up Verify prescriptions with a high level of accuracy and support pharmacy technician workflow as needed Educate patients on subcutaneous injections and support programs like REMS Act as a point person for new referrals , ensuring documentation stays complete and compliant What We're Looking For Active Texas Pharmacist license (TSBP) — in good standing 2+ years of experience with patient counseling and prescription verification Experience with Medication Therapy Management (MTM) preferred Strong communicator who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and clinically driven Why This Role Stands Out No weekends — consistent weekday schedule $60/hour + weekly pay + overtime opportunities Closed-door setting — no retail distractions Day 1 benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Hybrid flexibility available after initial training period Next Steps Submit your résumé to be considered. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
