Responsibilities:
Oversee medication distribution and administration for long-term care patients. Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and institutional policies. Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient pharmaceutical care. Manage inventory and record-keeping specific to long-term care pharmacy needs.
Qualifications:
Current Texas pharmacist license. Recent experience working as a pharmacist, demonstrating proficiency in clinical and operational pharmacy duties.
