Greenbusch Pharmacy, Inc. is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our growing team. The Pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring safe and accurate dispensing of medications, providing clinical consultation, and supporting pharmacy operations. Experience in compounding pharmacy is highly preferred, as this role supports customized medication preparation tailored to patient needs. Key Responsibilities Accurately review, verify, and dispense prescription medications Perform pharmaceutical compounding in accordance with USP standards and regulatory requirements Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and drug interactions Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers regarding therapy management Ensure compliance with federal, state, and pharmacy board regulations Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Oversee medication inventory, storage, and quality assurance processes Ensure adherence to HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements Promote a safe, efficient, and customer-focused pharmacy environment Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree Active Texas Pharmacist License in good standing Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices Excellent attention to detail and clinical judgment Strong communication and patient counseling skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Candidates must pass a background check.
