Staff Pharmacist PRN/Part Time (50643) Hot Job Primera Compounding LLC - Rosenberg, TX 77471 Quick Apply Overview Salary Range $50.00 - $55.00 Hourly Position Type Part Time Job Shift Any Education Level Graduate Degree Travel Percentage None Category Pharmaceutical Quick Apply Description Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines. Review and interpret physician orders to ensure appropriate drug selection, dosage, and route of administration. Conduct patient consultations, addressing any concerns, questions, or medication-related issues. Supervise and perform sterile and non-sterile compounding of medications in accordance with established protocols and regulatory standards. Maintain proper inventory levels and monitor medication storage conditions to ensure quality and safety. Follows through with mandates by the company as suggested by the Pharmacist-in-Charge. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as physicians and nurses, to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes. Provide counseling on medication usage, side effects, and precautions to patients and caregivers. Perform medication therapy management (MTM) services, including medication reviews, adherence monitoring, and patient education. Stay updated on current pharmaceutical trends, new drugs, and treatment protocols through continuous professional development and self-study. Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements, including maintaining accurate records and documentation. Performs other job-related duties as required. Qualifications B.S. in Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy (Pharm.

D.) degree from an accredited institution. Current pharmacist license in Texas, in good standing Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting. Extensive knowledge of pharmacy law, regulations, and standards of practice. Demonstrated experience in sterile and non-sterile compounding. Strong understanding of medication therapy and drug interactions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in pharmacy software systems and technology. Share job details to
