Submit your application for the opportunity below: AVP of Pharmacy Services Job Summary and Qualifications The Division AVP of 340B Program is responsible for managing registration and participation in the 340B Program for all 340B Covered Entities and ensuring that all use of 340B throughout the organization is fully compliant. Responsible for achieving maximum utilization of 340B pricing through full 340B Program participation in all areas of qualified use meeting objectives defined by hospital leadership. Responsible for ensuring participation qualifications are met and maintained. Responsible for compliant medication procurement, billing and inventory management, and for prevention of diversion of 340B drugs. Responsible for monitoring, and assessing the potential institutional impact, of new and proposed 340B regulations and changes to 340B rulings and interpretations. Responsible for adherence to and maintenance of 340B related policies and procedures. Responsible for providing 340B Compliance Program updates. The Division AVP of 340B Program will work with the VP Pharmacy Services, Division CFO, Division Director of Pharmacy Operations and others to identify and develop processes to meet or exceed all regulatory standards.
What qualifications you will need:
Bachelors of Science or Pharmacy Doctorate from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy Knowledgeable and proficient in the legal responsibilities of the pharmacist to the facility and all state and federal laws and regulations governing pharmacy services Three years acute care hospital, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred Three years of 340B management, oversight or program exposure in an acute care hospital preferred Licensed Pharmacist by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy Benefits Methodist Healthcare, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
