We are looking for an experienced pharmacist from retail, infusion, IV, specialty, or compounding pharmacy who is ready for the next step. Prior 503A compounding experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate. What You'll Do Oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding under USP , and . Verify prescriptions, formulations, calculations and compounded preparations. Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians. Maintain quality, documentation and regulatory standards. Collaborate with prescribers and healthcare professionals. Help develop new formulations and expand our specialty compounding programs. What We're Looking For PharmD or BS Pharmacy. Active Texas pharmacist license, or ability to obtain one. 5+ years of stable pharmacist experience preferred. Retail, hospital, IV, infusion, specialty or compounding experience. Strong attention to detail, leadership and communication skills. Interest in building a long-term career in advanced compounding.
