Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract Seeking experienced pharmacists to fill vital roles at a children's hospital located near Slaton, TX. This contract position offers a structured schedule and the opportunity to work in a dynamic inpatient setting focused on pediatric care.

Slaton, TX Schedule:
Four 10-hour shifts per week
Start Date:
Late July to early
August Key Responsibilities:
Manage and dispense medications accurately for inpatient pediatric patients. Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems for medication management and documentation. Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective pharmacological treatments. Monitor medication regimens and adjust as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid Texas pharmacist license required. Proven inpatient pharmacy experience, particularly in pediatric settings preferred. Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records and Pyxis medication dispensing systems. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and care quality.
