Job Description

Staff Pharmacist, Home Infusion We are actively hiring for a Staff Pharmacist to join our Infusion Pharmacy team! This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys clinical patient care, infusion therapy, and working closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams in a collaborative environment.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Review, verify, and dispense infusion medications accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams regarding infusion therapies and medication management
  • Monitor patient therapies and provide clinical recommendations when appropriate
  • Counsel patients and caregivers on medication administration and side effects
  • Participate in quality assurance, compliance, inventory management, and operational initiatives Requirements
  • Active Pharmacist license
  • Infusion, specialty pharmacy, or long-term care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
