Category Pharmacy-Pharmacist in Charge Job Type Direct Hire A mail order compounding pharmacy located in Salt Lake City, UT, is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) with multi-state licensure to lead and support current operations. This is a direct hire opportunity for a positive, organized leader ready to foster a strong, growth-oriented culture while managing a 503A non-sterile compounding facility.

Direct Hire Responsibilities:
Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge overseeing the day-to-day operations of a closed-door mail order compounding pharmacy Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations across multiple licensed states Lead with a positive attitude to create a productive and supportive work environment Support the company's goals of growth and scaling, maintaining strong organizational practices Manage compounding of primarily peptides and GLP-1 medications within a 503A non-sterile setting Utilize Pioneer Rx system for daily pharmacy management and documentation Qualifications /
Desired Experience:
Licensed Pharmacist with multi-state licensure including
AL, AR, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MS, NE, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, WV
(must be able to apply for UT license upon hire) Experience as a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) in a 503A non-sterile compounding environment preferred Strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering positive workplace culture and driving organizational growth Proven ability to manage mail order pharmacy operations and compliance Proficient in Pioneer Rx pharmacy management software This role presents the chance to lead a specialized compounding operation with a focus on peptides and GLP-1 therapies, while playing a critical part in the pharmacy's growth plans.
