Pharmacist Job Description We are seeking a dedicated pharmacist to join our dynamic team in a fulfillment center, managing specialty prescriptions for a busy chain. The role involves providing prescription verification and exceptional customer service to patients, working both independently and collaboratively with pharmacy staff to ensure efficient prescription fulfillment. Responsibilities Verify prescriptions and conduct data reviews to ensure accuracy. Dispense medication accurately while optimizing inventory management and financial metrics. Stay current with pharmacy systems related to workflow, prescription fulfillment, clinical documentation, training, and inventory management to support pharmacy staff. Manage and lead pharmacy staff, answering all inquiries related to prescription fills. Adhere to all company and HIPAA guidelines/regulations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy laws. Essential Skills Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Pharmacist degree from an accredited institution. Current Pharmacist license in UT that does not expire within the next 6 months. Experience in a pharmacy fulfillment center or mail order site. Ability to self-manage with minimal oversight. Knowledge of computer operating systems such as Intercom, Promise, and Plus. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong customer service experience. Experience motivating team members to research and resolve issues. Proficient in time management skills, including prioritizing, organizing, and tracking details to meet deadlines for multiple projects with varying completion dates. Work Environment This position is based at the fulfillment center located in West Jordan, UT.

Two schedule openings are available:

Monday-Friday from 6:00 AM-2:00 PM and Sunday from 3:00 PM-11:00 PM & Monday-Thursday from 1:00 PM-9:00 PM. The role requires flexibility, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
