Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical care in a small hospital setting. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with a focused patient census, allowing for impactful and personalized pharmacy services.

Location:

Bedford, VA Schedule:

Monday to Friday, day shift

Contract Duration:

13 weeks or more, with an ASAP start date

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense medications accurately and efficiently to a small inpatient population (~10 patients/day) Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmacotherapy and improve patient outcomes Monitor drug therapies, evaluate patient responses, and provide medication education as needed Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations

Desired Qualifications:
