• 13 weeks with possible extension Shift
• Day 5x8-Hour (06:30
• 15:00) 5x8's Rotating schedule, weekdays, some weekends (every 3rd weekend) Weekly hours
• 40 per week

MUST HAVE VA LICENSE IN HAND AT THE TIME OF SUBMITTAL

• FIRM Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; PharmD, RPh required

SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED

IV experience, pain controlled analgesia, antibiotics, drug interactions, order entry, verify medication orders

• required; Chemo experience, anticoagulants, Pharmacokinetic Dosing, Renal Dosing
• preferred 1 year inpatient pharmacy experience required; travel experience preferred CA02
