Day 5x8-Hour (06:30
•15:00) / Night 5x8-Hour (19:30
•07:30)
Contract Length:
13
Weeks Required Experience:
1+ years experience. Inpatient exp required
Certs:
Virginia state license Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; PharmD, RPh required
SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED
IV experience, pain controlled analgesia, antibiotics, drug interactions, order entry, verify medication orders
•required; Chemo experience, anticoagulants, Pharmacokinetic Dosing, Renal Dosing
