Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join the team immediately for a contract assignment of 13 weeks or more. This Monday through Friday day-shift role involves working in a small hospital setting with an approximate patient census of 10 per day. Responsibilities:

Dispense medications accurately and efficiently to LTAC patients Review and verify medication orders in compliance with hospital policies and standards Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapy Monitor patient responses and potential drug interactions Maintain accurate records of dispensed pharmaceuticals and inventory management Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations and standards

Qualifications:
