As the Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist for the Neurology Oncology Clinic , you'll be at the forefront of transforming outpatient cancer care through precision medication management and seamless care transitions.

What You'll Do:
Deliver expert medication therapy management for patients with complex neurologic malignancies in an ambulatory setting. Collaborate closely with neuro-oncology physicians, infusion center teams, and specialty pharmacy to optimize treatment outcomes. Support advanced therapies including oral oncolytics, immunotherapies, and investigational agents. Drive continuity of care across inpatient, outpatient, and infusion services—ensuring safe transitions and improved patient experience. Enhance UVA prescription capture through proactive engagement with UVA specialty and retail pharmacy services. Educate and mentor pharmacy learners and contribute to continuous professional development across the care team. Why Join UVA Health? Education:
Bachelor's in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy required .
