3 to 4 months, with potential to extend This is a senior and highly specialist opportunity for an experienced Cancer Services Pharmacist to take on an accountable pharmacy role within a busy oncology unit in Norfolk. A key focus of this role will be leading the reopening and recommissioning of a currently closed Pharmacy Aseptic Unit (PAU), overseeing all steps required to bring the unit back into full operation to a high standard of compliance and safety. Ongoing duties will include providing expert clinical and operational pharmacy leadership across cancer services, overseeing all aseptic unit pharmacy activities, ensuring compliance with medicines governance and regulatory standards, contributing to the development and review of cancer treatment protocols, and supporting the wider oncology multidisciplinary team. Managerial and operational leadership will be central to this role. Requirements Current GPhC registration Significant and demonstrable experience in cancer services pharmacy — essential Proven experience at a senior level within oncology or haematology pharmacy practice Experience in an accountable or lead pharmacist role within a cancer services or aseptic unit setting Strong knowledge of cancer treatment protocols, cytotoxic medicines management, and BOPA guidelines Experience recommissioning or reopening aseptic units highly desirable Managerial and operational pharmacy experience desirable Excellent leadership, clinical decision-making, and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and manage a complex operational and clinical workload Why work with Cpl UK Healthcare?
