Full Job Description Requested Skill Set:

Will experience complex patients - Trauma/Burn/Critical care, peds, cardiac surgery, ECMO Dose Edge IV Experience Pyxis Experience Meditech Vigilanz Must have : Hospital experience > 2years Advanced skills needed: Vancomycin AUC dosing experience, Aminoglycoside dosing, Renal dosing, warfarin, enoxaparin, electrolyte protocols, heparin, DOAC Procedures performed on unit: IV verification, Medication verification, IV compounding as needed

Certifications Required:
