Key Responsibilities:

Verify intravenous (IV) medications and ensure accuracy in preparation and dispensing Perform comprehensive inpatient pharmacy duties including medication order review, dispensing, and patient counseling Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes Utilize Meditech software effectively for pharmacy operations and documentation Adapt to varied schedules and assist with travel assignments, including TTH or DH shifts as required

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Licensed Pharmacist with current credentials and good standing Demonstrated proficiency with Meditech pharmacy system Strong knowledge of inpatient pharmacy practices and medication verification processes Flexibility to work varied hours and travel between designated sites Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
