Job Summary:
• We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Oncology Infusion Pharmacist to join our team in an onsite role in Washington.• The ideal candidate will have experience in oncology and infusion pharmacy practice, with a strong understanding of chemotherapy protocols, medication safety, and patient-centered care.• This position requires proficiency with the Beacon oncology treatment planning system and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the State of Washington (WA).• Experience in Oncology and/or Infusion Pharmacy.• Beacon experience is required.
Background/experience/Qualifications:
• Experience in Oncology and/or Infusion Pharmacy.• PIC experience preferred; Beacon experience required
