Job Description

6 month contract
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, No weekends, No nights, No on-call requirements, day shift, 8 hour shift 8am-5pm
Location:
Seattle, WA Pay:
$65-$75/HR depending on years of pharmacy and pharmacy oncology specific experience
Responsibilities:
The Outpatient Oncology Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care for adult patients receiving cancer treatment and supportive care services in an ambulatory oncology setting. This role works collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy, improve patient outcomes, and ensure safe and effective use of oncology medications. The pharmacist serves as a clinical resource for oncology treatment plans, oral chemotherapy management, supportive care regimens, and patient education while supporting a patient-centered approach to cancer care.
Required:
Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy State of Washington Pharmacist license. 2 Years Oncology Experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams
