The pharmacist will be responsible for the provision of progressive and comprehensive pharmaceutical services to the clinic patients. Occasional coverage of outpatient and refill shifts on the weekend may also be required based on operational needs.

QualificationsWhat is required...Bachelor's degree in pharmacyCurrent and active Pharmacist license from the Washington State Department of HealthCurrent CPR card (maintenance required)PALS (maintenance required)What is preferred...Previous work experience in a clinical settingCencora, Cerner, Pyxis experienceCPOE, Emar, Rx Informatics experienceBar Code at the Bedside experiencePrior experience with Hospice protocols and guidelines
Additional InformationWage:
Wage range currently starts at $61.21/hour and goes up to $92.78/hour. Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience.
FTE:
1.0 = 40 hours/week
Schedule:
Primarily Monday - Friday; 8:00a - 4:30p
