Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Pharmacist to support specialty and oncology infusion pharmacy operations in Bellevue, WA, with flexibility to float to Seattle as needed. This contract position begins ASAP and extends for 16+ weeks, operating Monday through Friday during day shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct order verification using Epic system to ensure accuracy and patient safety. Perform final product verification checks in alignment with pharmacy protocols. Respond to clinical inquiries and provide drug information to healthcare professionals. Supervise and oversee pharmacy technician activities to maintain efficient workflow. Adhere to
USP 797/800
guidelines for sterile compounding and hazardous drug handling.
Qualifications:
Active Washington State Pharmacist license. Experience in infusion or oncology pharmacy settings preferred. Proficient with Epic electronic medical records and Pyxis automated dispensing systems. Solid understanding of USP 797 and USP 800 standards. Demonstrated ability to manage and support technician staff.
Schedule:
