Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A skilled Pharmacist is needed to support specialty and oncology infusion pharmacy operations in Bellevue, WA, a suburb of Seattle. This 16-week contract role begins immediately, with weekday day-shift hours from Monday through Friday. Candidates should hold a Washington state pharmacist license and bring experience in infusion or oncology pharmacy practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders using the Epic system to ensure accuracy and compliance. Perform final product verification checks before dispensing. Provide clinical guidance and respond to drug information inquiries. Oversee the work of pharmacy technicians to ensure safe and efficient workflow. Adhere to USP 797 and USP 800 standards for sterile and hazardous drug compounding. Float to the Seattle location as needed to support pharmacy operations.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current Washington state pharmacist license. Experience in infusion and oncology pharmacy preferred. Proficiency with Epic electronic health records and Pyxis automated dispensing systems. Strong knowledge of USP 797 and 800 standards. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Schedule:
