Hour Week Required Qualifications:

Doctorate of Pharmacy, or Bachelor of Pharmacy Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License. When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license. Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS)

Preferred Qualifications:

Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency Why Join Providence?
