What We're Looking For PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy from an accredited institution Active pharmacist license in good standing 1-2 years of retail pharmacy experience preferred Flexible availability (some evenings, weekends, and holidays) Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Experience with pharmacy workflow and POS systems A dynamic, outgoing personality with genuine enthusiasm for patient care An efficient, fast-paced worker who maintains accuracy under pressure Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset What You'll Be Doing Accurately fill and verify prescriptions while maintaining safety and compliance Deliver exceptional, personable customer service and patient counseling Support and guide pharmacy technicians to keep workflow efficient Manage insurance processing, patient profiles, and POS transactions Help grow and expand clinical services and community-based programs (immunizations, testing, chronic care, travel health) Collaborate with the team to improve operations and patient experience Step into leadership as needed to solve problems and support daily workflow What's In It for You Competitive hourly rate Medical, Dental, Vision, and Retirement benefits Paid Time Off Flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance Opportunities to work across multiple locations and diverse patient populations Clear growth opportunities into management and leadership roles for those interested in advancing their career A supportive, pharmacist-owned environment that values innovation, autonomy, and patient care
