This 13-week contract role offers a unique schedule with a 7-on, 7-off rotation, alternating between second shift (12:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and third shift (9:00 PM to 7:00 AM), typically beginning midweek on Wednesday. Responsibilities include managing medication dispensing, supporting clinical pharmacy services, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, and utilizing Cerner and Omnicell systems for medication management. The role demands accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication within the healthcare team to deliver safe and effective pharmaceutical care. Ideal candidates will hold an active Wisconsin Pharmacist license or be willing to obtain an ACT 10 temporary license for licensing flexibility. Prior hospital pharmacy experience is essential to navigate a fast-paced hospital environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams effectively.
