Salary $140,000-$170,000 base salary + potential bonus/profit sharing opportunities Benefits include: 401(k) PTO Healthcare stipend Continuing education and professional development opportunities Job Summary A growing home infusion pharmacy organization in the Greater Green Bay area is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead daily pharmacy operations and oversee high-quality patient care services. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations while supporting patients receiving home infusion therapies. The ideal candidate will bring strong home infusion experience, leadership skills, and a patient-first mindset to help drive operational excellence and clinical quality. Job Responsibilities Pharmacy Operations & Compliance Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Maintain adherence to home infusion therapy standards, policies, and best practices Manage medication and supply inventory, including storage, handling, and disposal procedures Ensure accurate documentation, recordkeeping, and audit readiness Patient Care Supervise medication preparation and dispensing processes to ensure safety and accuracy Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment plans and infusion therapies Provide medication counseling, education, and therapy management support for patients and caregivers Maintain a high standard of patient-centered care throughout all pharmacy services Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and support pharmacy staff in a collaborative team environment Assist with staff development, training, and ongoing education initiatives Address employee performance concerns and operational challenges professionally and efficiently Promote a culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with physicians, nurses, manufacturers, and healthcare partners to support patient outcomes Participate in professional networking and industry-related activities as needed Support operational growth initiatives and maintain strong client/provider relationships Qualifications Active Pharmacist license in the state of Wisconsin 5+ years of home infusion pharmacy experience preferred Previous pharmacy leadership or management experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, compliance, and accreditation standards Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment About the Company This organization is a rapidly growing leader in the home infusion pharmacy industry, dedicated to improving patient outcomes through high-quality infusion therapy services.
