Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Soliant offers a number of travel pharmacist opportunities, allowing you to take your skills on the road and support communities/pharmacy teams that can benefit from your expertise! Soliant pharmacy is seeking an experienced Travel Inpatient Pharmacist to join respected hospital teams throughout Wisconsin. Contract roles offer a great mix of clinical and operational duties in a supportive inpatient environment.

ASAP Duration:
13+ weeks (potential to extend)
Schedule:
8-hour shifts; 10-hour shifts; 7on/7off shifts (depending on hospital operations)
Setting:
Inpatient Hospital Responsibilities:
Order verification and medication review Supervise and support pharmacy technicians Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements:
Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license;
WI ACT-10
Temp License accepted for many opportunities Previous hospital pharmacy experience Familiar with EPIC/Cerner/Meditech and Pyxis/Omnicell systems Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Soliant offers full healthcare (medical, vision, dental) benefits.
