Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A dynamic opportunity is available for a licensed pharmacist to provide essential pharmacy services in a small, 40-bed hospital setting within Northern Central Wisconsin. Location:

Northern Central Wisconsin, Medford area

Schedule:

4x10-hour shifts, days from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with rotating weekends Alternatively, a block schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off is considered

Duration:

Approximately 13 weeks with an immediate start

Key Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders using EPIC and oversee technician work to ensure accuracy and safety Manage phone consultations as required to support pharmacy operations Prepare and dispense inpatient and outpatient IV medications, unit dose medications, and chemotherapy treatments Support a patient census averaging 30-40 inpatient individuals across departments such as Med/Surg, OB/GYN, ICU, oncology outpatient, emergency department, and surgery

Desired Qualifications:
